We were asked by our client to construct a two-storey extension to the east side of their Grade II listed property, replacing the existing 20th century single storey additions with an oak framed, full height family room. A new bespoke, oak framed entrance porch welcomes you into the new rooms.
Extensive internal remodelling of the ground floor kitchen and utility room was undertaken, in addition to modifications to the first floor hallway and family bathroom. Finishes were to a very high standard including bespoke oak windows, doors, and joinery throughout.
