Having previously fully refurbished and extended our clients previous property, we were pleased to be instructed to undertake similar works to their latest residence in East Sussex.
The house dates from 1881 and extensive refurbishment and extension works were undertaken by us to approved drawings by John Bullock Design.
Works comprised demolition of the existing kitchen and conservatory and construction of a new larger kitchen, cloakroom, utility & boot room. Underfloor heating was installed with new oak flooring and a bespoke kitchen. New electrics and heating were installed throughout.
One existing bathroom was completely remodelled and two further bathrooms constructed. We manufactured and installed new timber double glazed sash windows and new doors to the newly constructed areas, ensuring they matched the existing designs.
The property was completely redecorated internally and externally with intricate plaster cornicing and ceiling roses reproduced throughout.
We undertook complete landscaping of the property with new patios, retaining walls, planters and drainage works.
