Our clients came to us following confirmation that their property was subsiding. We started by removing and storing their kitchen units and sanitary ware.

Internal walls were taken down and the ground floor slab broken up and removed. A piled raft was installed, thus transferring the building load from the original footings.

New insulated floors were laid and underfloor heating installed. Following the replacement of previously removed walls and plastering works, the salvaged kitchen was reinstalled.

Our clients took the opportunity to modernise the en-suite and master bathroom.

Further to these works an extension was formed onto the end of the building giving our clients a new office/living room quarter. Complete internal redecoration and driveway completed the project.
